"My Feelings”

So thankful that some close friends reached out and asked me to create a print with all kinds of different feelings for their daughter. I’ve thought about making this kind of thing before, but was never quite sure where to start.

Children experience emotions to the fullest, especially when they start discovering they have a voice. It can be challenging for them to understand what they are feeling and why. Being able to identify different emotions in themselves and in others is so helpful in their social/emotional development (the Early Childhood Educator in me is coming out).

Charts like this can be a really useful tool to use to help children learn about some of the feelings we all experience from time to time.
