“There Once was a Cat”

Some paintings just take you for a ride, and this was one of those paintings! My friend Mira Byler and I created this original painting together by trading paintings every five minutes! While we shared the same paint palette, the subjects which we painted were not discussed. We surprised ourselves many times with what was being created! You would never believe all the phases this painting went through. This was such a fun experience and I hope to do more collabs with Mira in the future!
